On this page, I share the products I use and recommend as part of my face yoga and skincare approach.
I do not recommend them because they are popular or promise fast results, but simply because I have tested them on my own skin, sometimes after long research… and also a few mistakes along the way.
Over time, I realized that no product truly works on its own. Using natural skincare does not bring much benefit if it is followed by makeup containing silicones or petrochemical derivatives. This can limit or even cancel the effects of the products applied beforehand.
That is why I choose only:
100% natural skincare products truly rich in active ingredients
quality tools that respect the skin
cleaner makeup that does not cancel the work done on the skin
The goal is not to accumulate products, but to support the skin, preserve its balance, and avoid anything that could irritate it or overload it.
Each product I share here has been selected for its quality and its compatibility with the skin. The idea is to maintain a simple, healthy, and effective routine.
For a long time, I struggled to find products that were truly adapted to my skin.
I was often told it was dehydrated, but no cream really suited me: some created tightness, others left a greasy film, and my skin remained uncomfortable. Over time, I understood that the problem did not come from my skin, but simply from the choice of products. Today, I only use 100% natural and effective skincare, with a high concentration of active ingredients and a simple four-step routine.
This routine helps preserve the natural balance of the skin and maintain proper hydration, which is essential for keeping the skin supple and limiting the appearance of certain expression lines, especially marionette lines.
1. Cleanser
The Ringana Cleanser was a real discovery for me. It gently cleanses and removes makeup, even around the eyes, without causing irritation or discomfort.
2. Tonic
The Ringana Tonic Calm helps rebalance the skin after cleansing and provides an initial layer of hydration.
This step prepares the skin and improves the absorption of products applied afterward, such as the serum.
3. Serum
This is an essential step.
Rich in active ingredients, the serum addresses the specific needs of the skin: hydration, radiance, or prevention of expression lines, especially around the mouth.
4. Cream
The cream nourishes the skin, protects it, and maintains comfort throughout the day.
I discovered Ringana after an allergic reaction that pushed me to analyze the composition of my products.
What convinced me:
fresh formulas with a high concentration of active ingredients
a long-term skin-respectful approach
products that truly improve skin quality, not just its immediate appearance
For those who would like to discover the products in more detail, you can access the full range through my dedicated Ringana website.
During the consultation, we review your face, your skin, and your current routine.
We also observe facial tension areas that may accentuate certain wrinkles, especially marionette lines.
Tools are only effective if they are well designed and made with materials that respect the skin. Before finding the ones I use today, I tested several brands. Some caused redness, breakouts, or irritation. Others were simply ineffective: too rigid, poorly adapted, or unable to properly adhere to the skin.
Face taping uses kinesiology tape to support and stimulate certain areas of the face. It helps release muscle tension and can gradually smooth facial features. I tested several brands before finding tapes that are truly adapted to the face.
The Face Tape I use is made in Japan, from elastic cotton with a hypoallergenic adhesive that is latex-free. It remains comfortable even on sensitive areas of the face.
Unlike some generic tapes, it adheres well and stays in place, allowing better effectiveness, particularly for supporting areas around the mouth.
Face cupping uses gentle suction to stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation, relax muscles, and oxygenate the skin. I tested several cups before finding the ones that truly suit me.
The tool I use is specifically designed for the face, with high-quality silicone cups that are non-toxic and BPA-free. Unlike basic cups that are often too rigid, they adhere comfortably and allow precise massage.
Different sizes are available: larger ones for the cheeks or neck, and smaller ones for delicate areas such as around the lips.
Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese tool used to stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation, release tension, and improve skin texture. I use a classic green stone Gua Sha.
It is particularly useful for working certain areas of the face, especially the cheeks or tension around the mouth.
Note: it is not recommended for very thin or sensitive areas. That is why I alternate between Gua Sha and face cupping depending on the area of the face.
Some wrinkles are not only related to age. They can also be the result of repeated tension in facial muscles, especially around the lips or in the jaw. By learning to release this tension and work on the appropriate areas, it is possible to gradually reduce marionette lines.
After reviewing my skincare, I understood that makeup deserved the same attention.
Applying natural skincare and then covering the skin with occlusive or harsh products no longer made sense to me.
Today, I choose brands that offer natural and skin-friendly formulas. It is important to note that fully natural makeup does not exist in the same way as skincare. To obtain color and coverage, even the cleanest brands use mineral pigments such as titanium dioxide or iron oxides.
That is why I choose brands that use safe ingredients while avoiding:
silicones
petrochemical derivatives
synthetic pigments
potentially irritating ingredients
The brands I use
I only share brands that I personally use, without partnerships: ZAO Organic Makeup and Eclo Beauty. These two brands offer very similar formulations in terms of natural composition and quality.
They use:
mineral pigments for color
ingredients of natural origin
COSMOS Organic certified formulas
They also avoid silicones, petrochemical derivatives, and nanoparticles. The only point to keep in mind with natural makeup is wear time: these products generally last slightly less than conventional makeup.
With a small touch-up if needed, the result remains very satisfying while respecting the skin.
Are face yoga tools necessary?
Tools can be helpful, but they are not essential. In my practice, the hands remain the most precise tool for working on the face. They allow you to feel the tissues, adjust pressure, and act directly on tension.
Tools such as Gua Sha or cups can be used as a complement, for example in the morning to stimulate circulation and wake up the face. However, deep work on the fascia can be done entirely with the hands.
Is Gua Sha necessary for working on the face?
Gua Sha can help stimulate circulation and release certain superficial tensions, but it does not replace manual work.
The hands allow for a better understanding of the tissues and more precise action on areas of tension. Gua Sha is therefore a complementary tool, useful but not essential.
Are facial cups effective?
Facial cups can stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation and provide a relaxing effect on certain areas.
However, for deep work on facial tension and fascia, manual techniques are often more precise.
Can you practice without tools?
Yes, absolutely. Face yoga can be practiced using only the hands. Tools can provide an additional benefit, but they are not necessary to achieve results.
Do you have questions about your skin or your wrinkles?
Understanding the origin of facial tension often allows more effective action on certain wrinkles, especially marionette lines.
